UNIGATE Luxury Villa Complex & Support Facility
Dynocol began by conducting comprehensive site assessments and soil investigations, ensuring optimal placement of each villa and the facility building within the urban context. Our teams then mobilized for earthworks and foundation works, laying reinforced concrete bases tailored to local geotechnical conditions. This phase set the stage for rapid vertical construction and strict adherence to schedule and quality targets.
During the structural phase, we erected reinforced concrete frames and masonry shells for all seven villas and the support facility. Concurrently, procurement secured high-grade finishes—marble flooring, HVAC systems, and bespoke joinery—ensuring both durability and aesthetic excellence.
In the final stage, Dynocol integrated electrical, plumbing, and climate-control systems, followed by rigorous testing, commissioning, and client walkthroughs. Finishing touches—landscaping, hardscaping, and communal feature installations—completed the transformation into a turnkey residential community.
