Dynocol began by working closely with SKA to identify a secure parcel near Baledogle Airfield that met logistical, security, and operational criteria. Detailed land surveys and stakeholder consultations informed the lease negotiation, ensuring alignment with both client needs and local regulations.

Once the lease was executed, our teams mobilized to prepare the site: clearing vegetation, grading terrain, and installing primary access roads. Groundwater management and drainage systems were implemented to protect the camp footprint from seasonal run-off. 

With the site primed, Dynocol installed reinforced modular accommodation units—complete with en-suite washrooms, climate control, and furnishings—to house SKA personnel. Shared facilities, including dining, medical, and administrative blocks, were constructed using prefabricated panels for speed and quality consistency.

To support ongoing use, we established utility networks for potable water, sewage treatment, power generation, and waste management. A dedicated facility-management team handles preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and security liaison—ensuring the camp remains fully operational and compliant year-round.
