Dynocol Group was entrusted with the responsibility to provide comprehensive road transport and asset leasing solutions for SKA’s operations between Mogadishu and Baledogle. This project formed a critical part of SKA’s logistics network, ensuring the efficient movement of essential equipment and materials to one of Somalia’s most strategic operational zones.
Our role went beyond transport — we designed and implemented a fully integrated logistics and asset management framework tailored to SKA’s mission objectives. Every element of the project, from vehicle allocation and route optimization to real-time tracking and security, was managed with precision to guarantee timely and secure deliveries under challenging terrain conditions.
