Ali Ahmed Dhadhaow is the visionary entrepreneur behind Dynocol’s rise as a leading integrated services provider across East Africa and the Gulf. With over 15 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and strategic development, he founded Dynocol Group in 2019 to deliver end-to-end solutions—from large-scale construction and solar-energy projects to life-support, security, and logistics. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a local contractor in Mogadishu to a multinational organization with offices in Nairobi, Kampala, and Dubai, executing landmark initiatives such as the 25 MW Baidoa Solar Farm, major infrastructure works in Mogadishu, and critical camp-building services.
A relentless advocate for sustainability, integrity, and local empowerment, Mr. Ahmed Dhadhaow champions Dynocol’s commitment to ESG principles and community development. He has spearheaded programs to train and employ hundreds of Somali and East African professionals, fostering long-term economic impact and skills transfer.
