Dynocol Group partnered with SKA to deliver a comprehensive equipment leasing program supporting critical infrastructure and logistics projects across Mogadishu ,Baledogle and Kismayo. Recognizing the operational complexity of Somalia’s strategic zones, we developed a turnkey leasing model that provided SKA with immediate access to well-maintained heavy machinery and specialized assets—without the capital burden of ownership.
Our role spanned from fleet supply and technical inspection to preventive maintenance and 24/7 servicing. Each asset was selected to meet SKA’s stringent performance criteria, covering excavation, earthworks, transport, and site operations under demanding conditions. The project’s success was rooted in our ability to combine international standards with local logistics expertise, ensuring uninterrupted operations throughout the lease period.
